We have served BBQ when hosting jackpot events, but would like to
make it a regular thing. We have acquired a 16-foot water tank to be
converted into a large pit on wheels to be welded on a trailer frame.
Currently, we are looking for a welder experienced in this sort of
project to help us get this venture going in 2008. Our plan is to start a
small restaurant on the place in Lytle.

Update: Larry picked up the pit from Vesko welding on June 2nd, 2008. He started a fire in it
that night and so far, so good! He has been firing it up every night. Maybe after a week or so,
we'll be ready for some test cooking! Hopefully the next pic posting will show it after painting it
black.
